The MCCSC STEM to Them Bus is coming to the Downtown Library for some summer fun! Ages 3-12.
9:30–11:30 AM | Ages 3–7 | Pre-K–1st Grade
Join us to learn how to use Bee Bots, KIBO, and Indi cars. Students will learn how to code various screen-free robots that are geared toward younger students. We'll also have other hands-on engineering activities for students. Registration and caregiver supervision are required for this experience.
11:30 AM–2 PM | Ages 7–12 | 2nd–6th Grade
Older elementary students will learn how to use block coding to code a story with a Dash Robot, code a Micro:bit (a tiny computer) to play various games, or complete an engineering challenge with a Sphero BOLT gyroscope. Registration and caregiver supervision are required for this experience.

The Downtown Library is in the heart of Downtown Bloomington, located right on Kirkwood Avenue. It provides a variety of meeting rooms, spaces for children and teens, a digital creativity center, and much more.
