New English speakers will read intermediate level literature, focusing on vocabulary, comprehension, and discussion. Age 18 and up.
Learners will enjoy friendly conversation, practice their reading skills, gain confidence reading in English, and meet new people from around the world. Each class will focus on a different short story.
Complete an initial registration at the VITAL office (Downtown Library, second floor), and then drop in to any English Language Group. Registration includes a brief level assessment. Intermediate English skills are suggested. Visit VITAL English Language Groups to learn more about language levels.
