Join us for our quarterly Teaching Kitchen book club! Bring the cookbook you chose, the recipe you used, and a dish from your cookbook to share and enjoy. Beverages will be provided. Age 18 and up.
This month, we’re reading our favorite cookbooks. We'll sample each other's dishes while our presenter whips up a recipe for everyone to taste at the end. We'll talk about the new cooking skills we’ve learned and the cookbooks we chose. Be sure to bring containers for any leftovers! Be aware that as food is prepared outside of the kitchen, dietary restrictions may not have been taken into account. Please bring the recipe used or a card with ingredients listed.
All attendees must sign a waiver; you can download and sign it prior to the program, or you can sign one of the copies we'll have on-site.

The Southwest Branch, recently opened in 2023 and located next to Batchelor Middle School, has reservable meeting rooms, spaces for children and teens, a teaching kitchen, and an amphitheater.
