Meeting Room A/B ComboJoin us to learn the art of visible mending with patches! Use our fabric or bring your own garments in need of small repairs and create patches with decorative stitches. Age 18 and up.
You're invited to bring in an item with small holes to learn how to repair it. However, fabric will also be provided if you'd simply like to practice! Library staff will be demonstrating a couple useful and decorative techniques to repair clothing, but will not be repairing the clothing themselves or assist with extensive damage.

The Southwest Branch, recently opened in 2023 and located next to Batchelor Middle School, has reservable meeting rooms, spaces for children and teens, a teaching kitchen, and an amphitheater.
