Get ready to turn up the heat! In this class, you'll learn how to make your own jar of chili crisp, the ultimate crunchy, spicy, and savory condiment that makes everything taste better. Age 8 and up.
We’ll walk through the process step by step: from choosing the perfect blend of aromatics, chiles, and spices, to achieving that irresistible crispy texture and balanced flavor. You’ll discover how to customize your chili crisp to your taste—whether you like it smoky, garlicky, extra hot, or mild with a hint of sweetness.
All attendees must sign a waiver; you can download and sign it prior to the program, or you can sign one of the copies we'll have on-site.
