Join us with The Hub to go over the basics of fermentation while making sauerkraut. Each person will leave with their own jar to ferment at home. Age 8 and up.
All attendees must sign a waiver; you can download and sign it prior to the program or you can sign one of the copies we'll have on-site.

The Southwest Branch, recently opened in 2023 and located next to Batchelor Middle School, has reservable meeting rooms, spaces for children and teens, a teaching kitchen, and an amphitheater.
