Create your own chili! Use ingredients from this year's Southwest Seed Library to whip up a batch of chili. Age 9 and up; cooks under age 12 should have an adult register and participate with them.

We’ll prepare chili with beans, tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic, herbs, and more. All attendees must sign a waiver; you can download and sign it prior to the program or you can sign one of the copies we'll have on-site.

The Southwest Branch, recently opened in 2023 and located next to Batchelor Middle School, has reservable meeting rooms, spaces for children and teens, a teaching kitchen, and an amphitheater.
