Book summary:
In a future where Earth is mostly drowned and only a few patches of land remain, Tetley Abednego lives in the magical floating community of Garbagetown. When she discovers a new friend and a terrible secret, Tetley begins to realize that her world is far more complicated than she imagined. As hope becomes harder to hold onto, she must uncover the truth about Garbagetown and her place in it.
