Hang out and make a sensational summer craft! We'll make a woven rainbow of natural elements to celebrate the colors, textures, and sensations you experience outdoors in the summer. Ages 9-12.
Using pre-made cardboard looms, tweens will learn to weave with found natural materials, twigs, raffia, flowers, grasses, and yarn to make their own rainbow. These nature rainbow weavings will bring the colorful outdoors inside to enjoy all year long. Through this craft, tweens will have the opportunity to learn a new skill while fostering creativity and developing a sustainable mindset.
