The Junior Explorers is a community for young nature lovers! The Junior Explorers Outings will be held once a month at a local nature spot to encourage kids and their families to experience the great outdoors.

This month's outing is a session of creek stomping at Sherwood Oaks Park (1600 E. Elliston Drive, Bloomington). We'll be meeting at the bridge on the Jackson Creek Trail.

• Kids and adults can explore and play in the shallow creek area around the bridge. Dress to get wet!
• Families are encouraged to walk the Jackson Creek Trail or play at the nearby playground afterwards to continue the outdoor fun.

Note: Registration is required and a caregiver must be present at all times.
