Sweet and tangy, a shrub is a vinegar-based syrup made from fruits and sugar. These syrups are great in a variety of beverages. Come experiment with different ingredients! Age 8 and up.
All attendees must sign a waiver; you can download and sign it prior to the program or you can sign one of the copies we'll have on-site.

The Southwest Branch, recently opened in 2023 and located next to Batchelor Middle School, has reservable meeting rooms, spaces for children and teens, a teaching kitchen, and an amphitheater.
